About Us

Easy Key Holding Solutions

Located on Sandbanks, we offer over 25 years of experience in holding keys for our clients, which gives them access to our trade contacts that give peace of mind in knowing your home is being looked after.

We understand the unique needs of the Sandbanks community and surrounding areas. Each client has different needs, and we offer contacts to a range of services, from gardening, internal cleaning, attending services for accepting deliveries, through to weekly or monthly property inspections. We can also deal with forwarding post, water indoor plants and heating management during the winter months.

What is Key Holding?

Key holding is a service where we hold a set of keys to your property and we are contracted to provide access when needed.
‍
All keys are kept in secure safes, coded with no personal information on them, with all data held on secure servers which are also password protected. All approved trades, authorised by the property owner, are logged when leaving the premises and logged back in upon their return.

We become a point of contact for alarm response, meaning that if an alarm is triggered, we will be alerted and dispatch a team to investigate. Our basic annual service charge includes 2 emergency call outs.

Peace of Mind

You can relax knowing that we are here for you, in the event of an alarm activation, access needed for annual service requirements, deliveries to the property or regular vacant property insurance checks, we have you covered.

Emergency Response

In the event of an alarm activation or emergency service attendance, we can respond quickly to assess the situation and take appropriate action on your behalf. 24 hours a day, your covered.

Access to Property

You can authorise access for specific individuals or companies without having to be present. Giving us notice, the trade can collect the key from our Sandbanks offices.

Household Insurance cover

Some insurance companies have different requirements on holiday homes, so it’s worth checking what you are required to do. Some require monthly property checks, a few do request weekly / two weekly, these tend to be apartments, but worth checking what you are required to do.

Property Attendance / Deliveries

Ideal for deliveries, or unknown trades your not familiar with and you want peace of mind, one of the team can attend, charges are applicable at £25 an hour (daytime rate) and £40 an hour for after hours (Evenings / overnight)

Relax, knowing you have one point of contact for your keys. Not only is this ideal for trades to maintain the home, but also for you as a homeowner, you have a backup set to hand. It could be you have travelled down and forgotten your keys, family or friends are going to be using the property and keys can be collected or your local and have been out and lost your keys! It happens.
